Following a diet is never easy, especially when you are just starting, and frankly just because you're going to do the Atkins Diet, it doesn't mean that it will get any easier either. Sure, you can eat virtually unlimited quantity of high fat and high protein foods, but you're still on a diet and you still need to control your food intake.
