Eradicating Bed Bugs
Bed bugs are almost certainly the most ghastly of household pests in most peoples' eyes. Cockroaches are bad enough, but they do not suck on you. Mosquitoes suck blood and are maddening, but we accept them more than bed bugs. But bed bugs suck your blood whilst you are asleep and then defecate in your bed as a thank you note.

New York’s Latest Invaders
The most recent invaders in New York are living proof that New York does go to sleep from time to time, because that is when these little nightmares come out to get you. It used to be rats that plagued New York, now it animals small enough to live on rats in their dozens. I am talking about Cimex lectularius, the bed bug that specializes in preying on people.

How To Destroy A Colony Of Carpenter Ants
There are over 1,000 species of carpenter ants. The majority of of them are big, between a quarter of an inch and an inch long, and black, although there are red ones too. There are even a few species in South East Asia which will explode if attacked, ejecting a gluey liquid out through their heads which immobilizes the invaders. The exploding carpenter ant dies.
